In the app

1. Sign in to Mom's Mental Load.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top left and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete My Account, below Sign Out.
4. Type DELETE when asked, then tap Permanently Delete My Account.

By email

If you can't open the app, email runepetzer@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your request and delete your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the household information tied to it, including profiles, lists, schedules, tasks and medication logs. This cannot be undone.

We complete deletion within 30 days. Purchase records held by your app store and RevenueCat follow their own retention rules, and cancelling a subscription is done in your device's subscription settings (see Support).
